Returns/Shipping

  1. You have 7 DAYS from the time your order is received to return unwashed/unworn merchandise back for store credit. ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. We will not accept packages sent after this time frame. NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank you for your understanding.
  2. Please include a paper with name and order # inside returning envelope
  3. Once we receive your return, the item(s) will be inspected for signs of wear or use. If it is found to be in returnable condition, we will email you with your store credit amount.
  4. If it is not in returnable condition or it is received after the 7 day policy, items will be returned to sender after which there will be no refund issued. 
  5. Please email hello@aliciaavenue.com regarding returns before sending the item/items.
  6. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns.
  7. ALL SALE ITEMS AND PREORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
  8. We are not responsible for any lost packages and recommend keeping your tracking number.

Shipments are made every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
